consilab Gesellschaft für Anlagensicherheit mbH is an engineering and consulting company for process and plant safety, founded in 2009 in Frankfurt/Höchst. The interdisciplinary team of engineers and chemists provides safety engineering services for the process and plant industry as well as the chemical industry. A key focus is the investigation of thermal risks, among other things using an adiabatic VSP reaction calorimeter and the screening of small sample quantities, in order to identify, assess and control hazardous reactions at an early stage. The goal is to avoid costly downtime and to support the safe operation of plants in compliance with all rules and standards. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland. Since its founding by a small team, the company has grown to 46 employees and serves customers in Germany and Europe from its Frankfurt/Höchst and Leverkusen locations.
