About Consilio Concept
Consilio Concept is an internationally oriented manufacturing network headquartered in Germany that develops and produces rugs, home textiles and furniture for international retail chains, wholesalers, importers, e-commerce brands and contract clients. Instead of a single factory, projects are assigned to specialized production sites in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, all operating according to a unified standard of processes and quality requirements. The product portfolio includes machine-made, hand-knotted, handwoven and hand-tufted rugs, outdoor and washable rugs, natural fiber rugs, cushions, blankets and plaids as well as upholstered furniture, beds and mattresses. Materials include wool, jute, cotton, viscose, polypropylene and recycled fibers; color and material development is done customer-specifically including Pantone color matching. The value chain ranges from product development, material selection and sample making through pre-shipment quality inspection to packaging, consolidation, export documentation and worldwide logistics under FOB, EXW, CIF, CFR and DDP terms. A European logistics hub maintains buffer stocks for core programs to enable rapid replenishment.
