About Contec SML-Verbindungstechnik
Contec SML-Verbindungstechnik GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1997 and based in Siegen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company develops and manufactures a wide range of SML connectors, clamps and seals for the secure connection of socketless SML sewer pipes in accordance with DIN 19522 / EN 877. The product range includes CV and CE two-screw connectors, ConPower single-screw connectors with visual torque control, INOX versions made of material 1.4571, Kombi clamps as axially-secured locking brackets, Fix connectors for connecting PE, HD and PP pipes as well as EPDM seals in accordance with DIN 4060/EN 681-1. Materials used are stabilized chromium steels (1.4510/11), austenitic chromium-nickel steels (1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571), galvanized steel and silicone-free EPDM. For many years, the products have been used in the drainage technology of buildings, underground car parks and bridges as well as by industry, trade and commerce, worldwide and with special versions for Finland, Sweden and Norway. In addition to development and manufacturing, extensive warehousing of all standard products and sizes takes place at the Siegen production site.
