CONTIBELT Band Systeme GmbH has been developing and producing custom-made conveyor and process belts made of solid specialty and stainless steels for more than 25 years. Unlike ordinary conveyor belts, the steel belts perform important functions in the production process, such as heat and pressure transfer – for example in cooling, cooking, pressing, drying, freezing, steaming or forming. The belts are tailored to the respective application and selected according to requirements for tensile strength, hardness, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal expansion. Customers come from industries such as food and beverages (chocolate, meat processing, frozen food, tobacco), wood-based panels, rubber, powder coating, pharmaceuticals and chemicals. The company, headquartered in Stockerau, Austria, also operates a site in Strongsville, Ohio (USA), and offers a Belt Repair Service as well as application engineering consulting. Deliveries are made worldwide; in Turkey via the sales partner InnExport.
