Conzelmann Sztur Invent GmbH, based in Albstadt, develops and sells technical product solutions that arise from real problems encountered in daily practice. The company emerged from the collaboration between Zehnder Zimmerei (Sascha Conzelmann) and MarkeTekture (Andrzej Sztur), combining hands-on entrepreneurial roofing practice with product development, business management and market access. The first outcome of this collaboration is CLEVER-TILE®, a replacement tile with an integrated roof hook for photovoltaic and solar thermal installations on tiled roofs, consisting of a 0.8 mm thick aluminium base sheet, a 1.2 mm reinforcing plate and moulded parts made of expanded-metal-reinforced EPDM with butyl adhesive strips. In addition to its own product expertise, the GmbH opens up selected solutions from a partner network through technical sales and cooperations, including adhesive and sealing systems for roof membranes as well as PV mounting technology for pitched roofs, flat roofs and facades. Customers are wholesalers, tradespeople, planners, manufacturers and other industry partners from the roofing and solar sectors.
