About Cool Moves
Cool Moves GmbH is an IT systems house and computer store based in Berlin. As a manufacturer, the company does not produce industrial components; its service portfolio includes the planning, installation and certification of structured network cabling in accordance with EN 50173 using copper and fiber optic cables, the setup of server environments, the networking of workstations as well as maintenance and support of IT systems. This is complemented by the repair and upgrading of computers, data backup and data recovery, remote maintenance via CoolSupport/TeamViewer, Wi-Fi hotspot systems, the setup of telephone and DSL connections as well as training and on-the-job training. Customers include private individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, universities, public administration, medical and dental practices as well as the hotel industry and property management; documented references include, among others, Radisson SAS Frankfurt and the Senate Department for Education, Science and Research. Since 01.01.2024, the retail store in Berlin-Schmargendorf has been permanently closed; support is provided via remote maintenance, on-site appointments as well as answering machine and e-mail.
