coolback GmbH is a manufacturer of industrially produced baked goods based in Germany. The company produces rolls and baguettes from natural raw materials on modern baking lines with a capacity of 130,000 baked goods per hour. In addition to standard production, coolback offers customer-specific product development: together with customers, ideas are concretised, recipes and samples tested and series production prepared – from new roll shapes to individual baguette creations. Production is carried out to the highest hygiene standards with precise processes; the energy supply is based 100 % on green electricity from wind and solar, and the processes are designed for maximum energy efficiency. With over 700 employees and around 28 years of experience, coolback supplies customers from the baked goods and food industry.
