About CoolingCare
CoolingCare Sp. z o.o., based in Bydgoszcz (Poland), develops and manufactures machines for cleaning, diagnostics and maintenance of cooling channels in injection molds. The products are based on a patented hybrid hydromechanical process with bidirectional pulsation of the cleaning medium: hydraulic pressure waves generate controlled cavitation that mechanically dislodges limescale and rust deposits from the channels. The portfolio ranges from compact entry-level models (CP series) and configurable standard machines (CM series) to semi-automatic (CS2) and fully automatic systems (CA series, flagship CA6). In addition to machine sales, the company offers cleaning services — including on-site at the customer's premises, with automatic flushing free of fully blocked channels without mold disassembly — machine rental, demonstrations and training. The parent company Fado Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1984 as a toolmaking business and continues to manufacture injection molds (up to 500x500 mm on MAKINO machines), injection-molds plastic parts (10–800 t clamping force) and produces LPBF 3D-printed inserts with conformal cooling. Distribution via an international distributor network, including Contura MTC GmbH in Menden (Germany) and wHagn GmbH in Vienna (Austria).

Quality
Every machine undergoes rigorous acceptance procedures before shipping; tens of thousands of sensors or dozens of sensors and safety algorithms monitor the cleaning process in real time (e.g. automatic stop in case of leakage, SMS notification). Optional extended service warranty of up to 3 years.
