Coolkrete Zimmer und Ehrlich GbR is a construction materials manufacturer based in Zahna-Elster in Saxony-Anhalt. The company was formed in 2025 through the business succession of Greenline Technologies GmbH from Brüggen (NRW) and has marketed their proven products Fricon and Multikrete under the Coolkrete brand since 2025. The product range comprises fast-setting 2-component repair mortars and concretes based on magnesium phosphate cement: Fricon is designed as a special concrete for cold conditions down to -45 °C, Multikrete as a high-performance rapid-setting concrete for 5 to 50 °C, complemented by the thin-layer self-levelling mortar Multikrete Flooring. The materials are polymer- and acrylate-free (fire protection class A1), VOC-free, applicable without primer or after-treatment and practically low-shrinkage. Surfaces can be walked on after around 20 minutes and bear loads of up to 90 kN. Areas of application are concrete repairs on industrial floors in cold stores, deep-freeze logistics, food processing operations as well as indoor and outdoor applications. For application, Coolkrete arranges experienced specialist contractors via cooperation partners. Delivery takes place domestically and abroad in pre-packaged containers with precise mixing ratios.
