About Cooper Turner Beck Group
The Cooper Turner Beck Group (CTB) develops and manufactures safety-critical fasteners such as high-strength screws, bolts, and special fittings for the energy, construction, and heavy industries. The value chain includes hot forging up to 1,250 tons of press force, automated forging of M30–M80 bolts, threading on over 60 machines from M6 to M180, in-house heat treatment (hardening, annealing, quenching, solution annealing, tempering, stress-relieving), corrosion-resistant coatings (Remcor, Delta, Magni, Zintek), and CNC machining on over 200 lathes worldwide. Nickel alloys are among the materials processed in hot forging. The offering is rounded off by engineering, R&D, material, load, fatigue, and environmental testing, as well as inventory management, kitting, and worldwide distribution. The group employs over 1,100 employees at 17 locations in Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region (12 manufacturing and 5 sales locations). In the DACH region, the group is represented by BC Germany in Hamm and Ennepetal; customers come from wind energy (Onshore & Offshore), nuclear technology, oil & gas, gas turbines, rail and tunnel construction, civil engineering, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
