About Corintis

Corintis develops microfluidic cooling for high-performance chips in data centers and HPC applications. The company offers microfluidic cold plates as well as co-packaged cooling solutions, developed via a platform for the design, build, testing and mass production of liquid cooling solutions. The cooling is tailored to the chip with micro-scale precision to achieve higher TDPs at lower flow rates and pressure drop. The portfolio includes the design platform Glacierware (currently in closed beta) and Therminator™, a system for thermal testing and validation of data center cooling, which is available. Microsoft announced a breakthrough in collaboration with Corintis. Corintis maintains offices in Switzerland (Saint-Sulpice near Lausanne), in Germany (Munich) and in the USA (Bellevue, WA). The company was named #1 Swiss Startup of 2025.
