Corporate Energies GmbH (CE), founded in 2008 and based in Berlin, is a renewable energy holding company and a 100 per cent subsidiary of the Swiss Stream Invest Holding AG (SIH, founded in 2004 in Kerns). The company offers comprehensive solutions for the planning, financing, construction and optimization of power plants based on renewable energy. Its services range from project scouting and initial evaluation (market analysis, drone mapping, GIS systems, pre-feasibility studies) to full project development including site security, permits, bankable wind measurement campaigns and micrositing, to engineering services such as owner's engineering, construction supervision, financial modeling, M&A advisory and risk assessment, as well as operation & maintenance. The focus is on greenfield projects and offshore wind, particularly in emerging markets. The group is present in Europe as well as in the growing markets of Asia, Latin America and Africa, with branch offices among others in Bulgaria, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Gambia, Guinea, Latvia, Morocco, the Philippines and Romania.
