CPMaschinenbau AG, headquartered in Sörup (Schleswig-Holstein), develops, designs and manufactures machinery for forestry as well as gardening and landscaping. The portfolio includes CPM drum chippers of the TH 200 series with petrol, diesel, electric or PTO drive, scarifiers and lawn aerators of the VP 450 series, and Benz garden shredders with cone-head cutting system, which have been produced and marketed since the acquisition of Benz garden equipment in 2015. The products are manufactured in the company's own workshop, using among other things sheet-steel housings, aluminium cast housings and stainless-steel components. In addition to series production, the company offers the development and manufacture of single and series parts to sample or drawing, the design of prototypes, and support of product ideas through to production maturity. The offering is complemented by service, customer service, warranty processing and the sale of used and demonstration machines. The company was founded by four partners with many years of experience in chipper manufacturing and operates as a public limited company (HRB 4770).
