About us
cps Programmier-Service GmbH was founded in 1996 in Lindhorst and operates as an EMS service provider for industrial electronics manufacturing. Its core offering includes the programming of electronic components such as logic and memory devices, Flash and NAND memories, and sensors, including the configuration of current sensors (e.g. Infineon TLE4971, TLI4971, TLE4973, TLE4978). The company also offers Tape & Reel services: automatic singulation, detangling, correct-orientation-for-storage, taping and packaging of bulk material, SMD components, mechanical stamped parts and special shapes on blister tape. The portfolio is complemented by handling and assembly, laser marking, 3D measurement with optical quality inspection, DryPack and MSL-compliant handling, pre-assembly, and customer-specific logistics concepts. Since 2019 there has been an Engineering business unit with robot and PLC programming, simulation, commissioning, training and service, including 3D printing of gripper prototypes. Production runs in 3-shift operation with 24/7 availability and 100 % traceability. Customers come from the automotive supplier, industrial automation, consumer products and EMS sectors. In terms of production volume, more than 240 million programmed and over 1.6 billion packaged components and special shapes are documented.
