About Création Gross

Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG is a clothing company founded in 1925 and now run by the fourth generation of the family, based in Hersbruck in Franconia. The company produces and distributes menswear under the two brands Carl Gross and CG – Club of Gents, including suits, jackets, coats, waistcoats, trousers, knitwear and jersey, as well as shirts and accessories. The two brands are managed separately, each with its own purchasing, design, marketing and sales. A characteristic feature is a modular system in which jackets and trousers in different sizes can be combined. At the Hersbruck site, prototypes, small series and sample collections are produced; from 2003 onwards, production was largely relocated abroad, including to Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Bosnia. Distribution takes place via a multichannel system in 48 countries, including eight own outlet stores in Germany; the export share is approx. 45 %.
