About us
CRANK Surfboards is a sole proprietorship specializing in surfboard shaping, based in Soest (Hiddingser Weg 9, 59494). Founded over 20 years ago in a workshop on the edge of the Ruhr region, the company has developed into an established label in the surfing scene through close collaboration with its team. All boards are made by hand on site and individually tailored to the respective rider (custom shapes). The shapes are continuously refined and designed for use in both salt and fresh water. Proprietary series cover the Ocean and River categories; in addition, one-off custom builds are offered to customer specifications.
