About us
CRB Antriebstechnik GmbH was founded in 1998 and is a German-Chinese specialist for slewing rings, rolling bearings, precision balls, machine components and spherical plain bearings. At its Leverkusen site, the company operates a 4,800 m² facility with CNC turning, milling and drilling machines as well as 5-axis machining centers, on which workpieces up to 10 tonnes in weight and 2.5 m in diameter are machined. More than 3,000 m² serve for the storage of over 3,000 parts and around 6,000 standard bearing items with diameters from 100 to 4,500 mm. The annual production capacity includes more than 40,000 slewing rings up to 2 m in diameter; in-house manufacturing is possible up to 6.3 m, and as segmented designs up to 14 m. In addition to machining, CRB produces forged and cast parts according to individual material specifications in small and large series and acts as a procurement arm for East Asia. The products are used in construction machinery, cranes, wind turbines, offshore technology, steel mills, robots and medical technology. Through its affiliated companies ALCiDES Robotics and CRB Robotics, the company also offers automation solutions and industrial robots.
