About Creabis
Creabis GmbH is a service provider specialized in additive manufacturing, based in Kirchheim near Munich. The company manufactures prototypes, product samples, architectural models and small series in plastic in-house using its own 3D printing systems. The processes employed are laser sintering (SLS), Multi Jet Fusion (HP 4210 and HP Jet Fusion 580 for color printing), stereolithography (SLA) as well as FFF/FDM. The entire value chain is kept in-house, which enables express orders and short delivery times. While the early years were dominated by prototype construction, today Creabis increasingly supplies small series to the mechanical engineering industry, with printed series parts replacing conventional injection molding. The material portfolio includes numerous polyamides (including PA12, glass-filled types, Nylon 11, flame-retardant PA FR2241), PP, PBT, TPU, ABS, PC, PET, PLA as well as high-temperature-resistant Ultem and ceramic-filled SLA resins. Since the founding phase of the website in 2011, Creabis has been part of the Prodways Group and, according to the company, operates exclusively on green electricity. The company accompanies projects from consulting through component design to series production and post-processing such as tumbling.
