CREAMETAL AG is a Swiss manufacturer of machines and production aids for the metalworking trade, especially for railing, metal and structural steel construction as well as for industrial applications. The product portfolio includes welding fixtures (CREA-STAR), the CREA-WHEEL straightening machine series, hydraulic benders, multifunctional drilling centers (CREA-DRILL) and assembly aids. All products are developed at the headquarters in Kappelen BE — from the first sketch through design to final assembly; around 70 percent of the components are manufactured in-house. For special requirements, the company also designs special-purpose machines and custom builds. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel (Inox), aluminium, copper and brass. With around ten employees, CREAMETAL produces from stock and delivers throughout Europe within a few working days; its own service location in Maulburg (DE) handles maintenance, repairs and spare parts sales. Since 1997, the company has repeatedly won the Federal Prize for Outstanding Innovative Achievements in the Crafts (1998, 2005, 2010, 2022).
