About CREDOXYS
CREDOXYS is a deep-tech startup founded in 2021 in Dresden that develops high-performance materials (fine chemicals) for organic electronics. The focus is on dopant materials (p- and n-dopants) that enhance the performance of OLED displays and organic solar cells (OPV): they increase current flow through the organic layers, reduce the energy consumption of displays, and improve the efficiency and production yield of solar cells. The company operates on a fabless model: development including scale-up is carried out internally in modern chemistry and physics laboratories at the Institute of Applied Physics of TU Dresden, while mass production runs through experienced contract manufacturers (CMOs). Sales in Korea and China are handled through the sales partner Melchers Group with locations in Seoul and Shanghai. Future customers include major OLED panel manufacturers such as Samsung Display, LG Display and BOE as well as manufacturers of organic solar cells and sensors. The technology is protected by a growing patent portfolio in key global markets.
