About CREFORM Technik GmbH
CREFORM Technik GmbH, based in Baunatal near Kassel, is the European site of the international CREFORM network, whose origins lie in Japan in the 1950s in the development of flexible, lean production systems. The company supports industrial and logistics companies in making their production and logistics processes more efficient and stable – from process analysis through design and CAD planning to implementation and ongoing support. The core product is a modular pipe-and-joint system made of plastic-coated steel, stainless steel and aluminium tubes with connectors made of cold-rolled steel and ASA thermoplastic, from which workstations, work cells, FIFO/kanban racking systems, transport carts, Karakuri applications and belt conveyors are individually built. The portfolio is complemented by automated guided vehicles (VM1–VM3 as well as individually adapted AGVs/AMRs with free navigation or magnetic tape guidance) and lean consulting including workshops based on the CREFORM Lean Loop. Solutions are manufactured from a quantity of 1, are modularly expandable and partly ESD-capable. CREFORM is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
