The milk specialist from the land between the seas

CREMILK GmbH is a specialist in spray-dried, soluble milk products headquartered in Kappeln on the Schlei in Schleswig-Holstein. The company produces infant milk formula based on cow's and goat's milk, foods for special medical purposes (dietetic foods), dietetic drinking and supplementary nutrition, and creamers for hot beverages, both conventional and in BIO quality. The process chain covers milk reception, skimming, wet blending, evaporation, spray drying, after-drying with adjustment of residual moisture, wettability, particle size and bulk density, as well as dry blending and agglomeration. The raw milk comes from regional contract farmers in the North Sea and Baltic Sea region who supply the plant exclusively. CREMILK develops recipes in its own development department and also manufactures as a private-label contract producer for industry and retail. Founded in 1918, the plant has been part of the CAFEA Group since 1999 and supplies customers worldwide.
