About Crimmitschau Apparatebau
Crimmitschau Apparatebau GmbH manufactured apparatus, vessels and boilers as well as shell-and-tube heat exchangers, tank and silo systems, pressure vessels, liquid chemical tank systems and columns. The focus was on vessel and apparatus construction for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food technology industries. Production was carried out as welded fabrication in stainless steel and steel. The company emerged in 2019 from the insolvent Apparatebau GmbH Crimmitschau, which was taken over by Hollstein GmbH from Freital, preserving 25 jobs. The newly founded company was entered in the commercial register of the Chemnitz local court (HRB 33227) on 26.05.2020. In December 2022, a provisional insolvency administrator was appointed; since February 2023 the company has been in liquidation. The site is located at Fichtestraße 7 in Crimmitschau (Zwickau district).
