Cronauer Medizinsysteme e.K. is a family business founded in 2002 in Weinstadt and a certified specialist retailer for medical products in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. The focus lies in the urological field, in particular in drainage-based incontinence care with transurethral bladder catheters, catheters for intermittent self-catheterisation (ISC), measurement catheters for urodynamics and suprapubic catheters. The product range also includes biopsy instruments and needles, injection needles and cannulas as well as branded medical products from renowned manufacturers worldwide. In addition, the company offers service and support services: comprehensive homecare continence care (ISC) with personal instruction by a state-examined nurse, including free delivery of the medical aids and billing via the health insurance funds (HMV GKV), as well as the brokerage of new and used imaging systems such as MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound devices. Its customers include office-based physicians, patients, clinic operators, hospitals, senior care homes and university hospitals. The owner and managing director is Rudolf Cronauer, Dipl.Ing. (FH), who previously worked in the nuclear medicine field.
