About CrossFit CFD Nuremberg
CrossFit CFD Nuremberg is a CrossFit box in the north of Nuremberg (Neumeyerstraße 100), led by owner and head coach René Michel. The offering includes group training in small classes, tailored one-on-one training (personal training), open gym, weightlifting, CrossFit Workouts of the Day as well as Capacity Training and CrossFit Kids. The box sees itself as a coaching service provider that responds individually to the goals and fitness levels of its participants; the classes are designed so that people with different fitness levels can train together. Interested parties can complete a free, non-binding trial week after an initial consultation. René Michel is the owner of the sole proprietorship and holds numerous trainer certificates, including CrossFit Level 1, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Strongman, Mobility and Kids Trainer as well as ELEIKO Strength Coach Level 1. The clientele consists of privately training athletes from the Nuremberg region; the profile is a service offering, not a manufacturing one.
