About Crush + Size Technology
Crush + Size Technology develops and manufactures roll crushers and sizers with a focus on a high share of valuable target grain fractions and a low fines content. The portfolio comprises double roll crushers (DRC), compact roll crushers (SZR), roll crushers for small grain sizes (SGC), single roll crushers (SRC), crushers for soft rock (CRC), crushers for recycled asphalt (ACR) and low-maintenance, vibration-free crushers (HMM). The machines achieve throughput rates of up to 10,000 tonnes per hour and can crush virtually any material. Technological features include optimised crushing tools, precise roll adjustment, hydraulic gap adjustment with overload protection, modern automation and efficient drive technology in a compact design. Via machine and control technology, the grain size line can be flexibly adapted to customer-specific requirements. The products are marketed under the Made in Germany label and are used in mining, the quarrying industry and recycling, including the processing of reclaimed asphalt.
