About Cryoelectra

Cryoelectra develops and manufactures high-power solid-state RF amplifiers (SSA) as well as low-level RF control systems (LLRF) for demanding applications in accelerator technology, medical technology and industry. The company covers the entire value chain: RF engineering, circuit and mechanical design including enclosure and cooling concepts, PCB manufacturing with assembly, module and workshop assembly, control cabinet construction as well as full system integration and project management from concept to commissioning. Typical systems include frequency/power classes such as 500 MHz/120 kW cw or 1.2 MW arrays for fusion research. Customers include research facilities such as Diamond Light Source (UK), Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB) and the MYRRHA project in Belgium. Fields of application are synchrotron light sources, fusion research, proton therapy, radioisotope production and nuclear energy. The systems are designed for continuous operation, stability and energy efficiency; the company is located in Germany.
