About Cryotherm
Cryotherm GmbH & Co. KG has been manufacturing low-temperature technology for the storage, transport and transfer of deep-cold liquefied gases such as nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, argon, oxygen and LNG for over 50 years. The product range includes vacuum-superinsulated cryogenic and sample storage vessels (including BIOSAFE®, APOLLO®, STELLA®, SIRIUS®, HYDROS®, HELIOS®, STRATOS®, MERKUR®), transfer line systems, cooling baths, cryostats, LHe valve boxes, control and monitoring technology as well as aluminium racking systems. The vessels are made predominantly of rust-free, cryogenic-tough stainless steel or aluminium and feature multi-layer vacuum superinsulation with highly active adsorbents. The manufacturing offer is complemented by cryo customizing & engineering as well as services ranging from planning through installation and commissioning to maintenance, including turnkey biobanks. Customers can be found in life science, medicine, pharma, research, laboratory, semiconductor, metal processing, food industry and aerospace. The company has been independent of gas suppliers since 2014 and is based in Kirchen (Sieg), Rhineland-Palatinate.

Custom systems are manufactured according to tested and approved drawings following a specific inspection sequence plan; before delivery, every system is assembled and functionally tested at the plant. Test methods include, among others, X-ray inspection and helium leak testing on welded pressure vessels.
