Crystal Technology & Industries (CTI) was founded in 1997 by Dr. Jimmy Wang, who holds two master's degrees in physics and a doctorate in Chemical Physics. The company develops and manufactures laboratory equipment for life science, pharma, biotechnology, medical technology and research laboratories, including CO2 incubators, incubator shakers, benchtop devices, freezer racks and cryo-handling products. The equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and regulations. CTI's headquarters are located in Addison, Texas (USA); subsidiaries exist in China and Germany, where the Seevetal site (Melkerstieg 20, 21217) manages business in Europe. In its German online shop, CTI offers free shipping within Germany as well as within the EU for orders of 150 euros or more; customer support is available online Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
