About CSERi GmbH
CSERi GmbH, based in the UNO Industrial Park Nohra (Grammetal) near Erfurt, produces buckets, quick-coupler systems and attachments for construction and industrial machinery. Founded in 1993 as a GbR in Großschwabhausen near Jena, the family-owned company manufactures digging buckets, ditch cleaning buckets (rigid and hydraulically tiltable), rock buckets, sieve buckets, tilt buckets, ripper teeth, land-clearing rakes, root rakes as well as mechanical and hydraulic quick couplers of the CSW and LifeLine series, complemented by Powertilt tilt-rotator solutions for excavators from 1.2 to approx. 12 t operating weight. Production is carried out as welded fabrication and assembly, mainly from highly wear-resistant steels Hardox 400/450 and Raex HB 400/500 from SSAB; quick couplers are produced in a quenched and tempered cast execution. An in-house research and development department with four CAD workstations develops patented safety solutions such as the claw lock. The company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and uses FARO 3D metrology.
