CT Formpolster GmbH is a foam and mattress manufacturer based in Löhne (North Rhine-Westphalia), founded in 1951 as one of the first PU foam plants in Germany. The company produces polyurethane flexible foam in its own foaming plant in Löhne-Gohfeld and manufactures mattresses, toppers, pillows, molded parts, cut-offs and block stock for industry and trade. The range comprises eight foam brands with around 40 foam types with defined densities and compression hardness — from comfort foam through HR cold-cure foam and viscoelastic memory foam to flame-retardant foam per FMVSS 302 and gel foam. In addition to OEM series production to customer specifications, CT Formpolster offers a white-label program with four fully developed mattress lines as well as dropshipping fulfillment including roll packaging and neutral shipping. Customers come from sectors such as mattresses and bedding, upholstered furniture, acoustics, automotive and caravan, packaging, and healthcare products. All production takes place at two sites in North Rhine-Westphalia, geared to series production with framework agreements and call-offs.
