About CTS Meccanica
CTS Meccanica Sagl is a fine-mechanical workshop from Bedano in Ticino (Switzerland) and has been active in the manufacture of precision mechanical parts since 2000. The company produces custom-made components from one-off pieces to small and large series. The processes include CNC turning, CNC milling, grinding, laser printing and engraving, deburring, sandblasting, thread cutting as well as machining and treatment of stainless steel including welding, blackening and electropolishing. Production is carried out in difficult-to-machine materials such as nickel alloys as well as stainless steel, brass and aluminium; in addition, laser engravings are performed on plastics. Target industries are chemicals, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, water treatment/wastewater purification, plant engineering and metal construction. Every component is batch-inspected and delivered with piece certification and traceability; the company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and SVTI ASIT.
