Nettetal (DE)New on Amplifa
Expertise in Thermal Management
CTX Thermal Solutions GmbH, based in Nettetal, manufactures heat sinks, cooling electronics enclosures, thermal interface materials (TIMs), busbars and mechanical components for the active and passive cooling of industrial power electronics. Depending on cooling performance, installation space and volume, a broad range of processes is used for heat sink production, including extrusion, die casting, cold impact extrusion, CNC machining, skived fins, bonding, vacuum brazing, friction stir welding and crimped fins. The materials used are predominantly aluminium and copper; in the field of mechanical components, steel, stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics such as PA, PC and POM in injection moulding are also used. The services include thermal simulation, prototype production, manufacturing to drawing, surface finishing, post-processing and complete logistics handling including consignment and safety stock warehousing. Customers come from industries such as power supplies, electromobility, drive and control technology, medical technology, renewable energies, mechanical and plant engineering, metrology and data centers. Founded in 1997, the company operates a logistics center in Nettetal with 1,800 m² of high-bay warehousing and supplies customers worldwide.
