CUNO WOODS is a family-owned business from Heinsberg in North Rhine-Westphalia that manufactures and sells watches, Apple Watch straps, and accessories made from wood. The products are created as unique items in careful manual labor; real wood from broken, dead, or old wood is used as raw material. The wooden watches are impregnated so that they can withstand rain, handwashing, and sweat, combining natural material with precise clockwork. The final assembly of all watches is carried out in inclusion work, thereby connecting the company with direct social impact. Sales are conducted through its own online shop with climate-neutral, plastic-free shipping and a short delivery time of 1–3 working days; for every product sold, a tree is planted in worldwide reforestation projects together with partner organizations. The range includes men's and women's watches as well as sunglasses (in preparation).
