About Cure Lab
Cure Lab is a young start-up company from Hamburg-Altona that specialises in 3D printing for orthopaedic technology and industrial prototyping. The company manufactures orthoses, prostheses, prototypes and small series using the Multi Jet Fusion process on HP Jet Fusion 4200 systems. Materials used are HP 3D High Reusability PA 11 as well as ESTANE 3D TPU M95A, a thermoplastic polyurethane with high elongation at break, flexibility and elasticity. Depending on requirements, various printing modes are available, tailored to mechanical, functional and aesthetic properties, accuracy and speed. The team has its roots in the orthopaedic and medical sector; managing director Dennis Schindeler is a master orthopaedic technician. Cure Lab supports medical supply stores and companies in expanding capacity through digital manufacturing and in producing complex, customised components economically.
