About CUTMETALL
CUTMETALL develops, manufactures and distributes precision industrial knives, machine knives, shredder knives, screen baskets, screen plates and wear parts for shredders, granulators and size reduction systems. Manufacturing takes place in its own plants: in Eisfeld (Thuringia), machine knives are produced using sawing, milling, turning and grinding technology, integrated robotics for series production, wear protection overlay welding and an in-house hardening facility. In Eisenhüttenstadt (Brandenburg), machine screens and wear parts are made from highly wear-resistant steels such as Hardox and Creusabro using laser cutting, CNC edge bending, rolling and welding. The portfolio includes own brands and OEM manufacturing, custom production to customer drawings as well as complete machine modules and assemblies. Customers come from recycling and size reduction technology, raw material extraction, agricultural machinery, construction and building materials industries as well as special machinery engineering. The headquarters of the group, founded in 1996, is located in Breitengüßbach near Bamberg; a US branch near Atlanta serves North America.
