About CW Bearing
CW Bearing GmbH, based in Grafenrheinfeld with its business address in Hamburg, is the European headquarters of the Cixing Group and manufactures customer-specific rolling bearing solutions: deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, four-point bearings, roller bearings, e-mobility bearings, special bearings, ball screws and worm shafts. Series production takes place in the group's own plants in China (Cixi, Guangde, Qidong) and Mexico (Apaseo Grande) on flexible production lines; materials include rolling bearing steel 100Cr6, stainless steel, ceramics (Si3N4) as well as cage materials such as PA46 GF30, brass and plastics. In Europe, around 100 employees generate annual revenue of approx. 120 million euros; the group produces around 600 million rolling bearings per year. From Hamburg, a logistics center with around 5,300 m² of high-bay warehouse supplies all of Europe. Customers include automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers such as Valeo, Nexteer, BYD and Stanley Black & Decker, as well as OEMs from electric motors, power tools, robotics, e-bikes and further industrial sectors. Engineering, laboratory, test benches and sampling according to APQP/VDA/PPAP complete the offering.

All products are manufactured in own plants certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and are 100% inspected in the production line (zero-defect policy). The Hamburg laboratory measures radial/axial clearance, roundness, contour, roughness, hardness and grease; test benches test service life, friction torque, speed, noise/vibration, seals, salt spray and cold.
