About Cybelec

CYBELEC SA is a Swiss manufacturer and developer of computer numerical controls (CNC), founded in 1970. Over 50 years, more than 140'000 units have been sold and installed worldwide. The product portfolio includes numerical controls for bending and shearing technology, touchscreen controls with 3D process simulation, open CNC platforms for machine tools with 5-axis interpolation, and integrated solutions in which a single CNC controls both the machine and the robot. At the core of the company is a team of highly qualified hardware and software developers. Through a worldwide network of distributors and partners, Cybelec offers local service, training and retrofitting. Since 1987, the company has been marketing its products in China through its wholly owned subsidiary Cybelec Numerical Control Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and is part of the Swiss Infranor Group, a provider of motion control and servo drive solutions.

Products & Technologies

CNC

Numerical controls (CNC)

Controls for press brakes, shears and machine tools, e.g. VisiTouch 24 MX with 24" full touchscreen and 3D simulation.

CANopen/EtherCAT

Fieldbus architecture

Distributed I/O architecture via CANopen and EtherCAT for axis control with reduced wiring.

CybIO

Modular I/O system

Ultra-compact, modular I/O modules for connecting hydraulic systems and analog axes.

Roboter-CNC

Robot integration

A single CNC controls machine and robot; the robot program is generated automatically from the part programming.
