About CycloTech
CycloTech is an aviation company based in Linz, Austria, specializing in CycloRotor propulsion technology. The CycloRotor enables 360° thrust vector control for VTOL aircraft and is fully electrically powered. The company supplies fully integrated CycloRotor systems including rotor control, avionics, flight-control harnesses and eDrive, as well as development services ranging from concept development through structural and mechanical design (Siemens NX) to simulation (MBD with RecurDyn, FEA with Simcenter) and vehicle integration. In addition, CycloTech offers rotor testing and validation on its own test bench, rapid prototyping of small-scale multi-rotor configurations predominantly using 3D-printed components, and after-sales service with maintenance, repair, spare parts supply and training. Target industries are eVTOL and Urban Air Mobility. The team comprises more than 60 employees from 30 nations; in addition to its headquarters in Linz, there are subsidiaries in Taufkirchen (Bavaria) and Abu Dhabi (SAVI cluster, Masdar City).
