About Cyltronic AG
Cyltronic AG develops and manufactures intelligent IO-Link servo actuators for mechanical and plant engineering. The products are based on an all-in-one technology in which the servo motor, servo controller and ball screw are integrated in a compact design; this eliminates the space required in the control cabinet and simplifies integration into existing systems. The portfolio includes the CTC electric cylinders, CTL linear axes, CTR servo motors, Dynamag DYM linear-magnet short-stroke cylinders as well as accessories such as brake choppers and connectors. Position, speed and force can be controlled and fed back in real time via IO-Link; connection is made to common fieldbuses such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, CANopen and EtherCAT. In addition to product manufacturing, the company offers engineering services, application support and retrofit solutions, for example replacing pneumatic cylinders with electric actuators. Cyltronic AG was founded in 2017 from an idea by mechanical engineers in collaboration with the ZHAW School of Engineering and is based in Winterthur, Switzerland. Reference customers come from robotics, the packaging industry, intralogistics, the food industry and automation, including Geberit, KUKA and STIHL Kettenwerk Wil.
