About Cynus

Cynus GmbH, based in Freiburg im Breisgau, develops the SphereOne – according to the company, the first fully configurable, surface-independent 3D mouse. The spherical input device (65 mm diameter) works floating freely in the air or conventionally on the desk, enables three-axis navigation and features three freely assignable touchkeys with gesture recognition. The SphereOne is an HID input device with wireless charging and wireless connection as well as over 48 hours of battery life. The software offering includes custom plugins for Unity, Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, the Spherix configuration tool and an open API for developing your own plugins. Target industries are CAD/engineering, architecture, media, presentations, gaming and medicine. The product is in the pre-order phase and is not yet officially available.
