Cyrus Systems is a manufacturer of mechatronic products specialized in metrology and testing technology, based in Kaltennordheim (Kaltensundheim district) in Thuringia. Founded in 2004, the company designs and manufactures individually adapted test systems for the automotive and supplier industries, including battery cell simulators (CS module, MTS series), signal conditioning, fault simulation boxes, breakout boxes, automotive test systems as single-station and multi-station solutions, 19-inch rack inserts, DC power supply units as well as assembly and EOL test benches (End-of-Line). Another pillar is cable assembly with automotive wiring harnesses and power cables for HV/HC applications. Since 2017, the Battery Management Systems (BMS) division with a focus on e-mobility has formed its own area of activity; proprietary standard products and a software development department complement the portfolio. The test systems enable early fault detection through to ensuring product maturity at the start of large-scale production.
