D+P Dosier- und Prüftechnik GmbH develops and manufactures dosing technology and special-purpose machinery for the precise application of viscous media such as greases, oils, 1K and 2K adhesives, thermal conductive pastes, encapsulation compounds and corrosion protection agents. The range of services covers the entire dosing process – from material supply through control to application – as individual components or complete dosing systems including NC dosing gantries. In addition, the company implements automation solutions and special-purpose machinery for assembly, testing, joining, conveying, palletizing, soldering and laser marking, as well as decanting and handling systems. Value creation takes place in-house, from project planning through application and material trials in the technical laboratory to commissioning; services include maintenance, repair, training and process optimization. Customers come, among others, from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, aerospace, the tool and electrical industries, and household appliances. Founded in 1986 as a one-man operation, the family-owned company today employs around 70 staff and, together with sales partners, serves customers worldwide.
