D³-Solutions GmbH is a company specialised in special machinery construction, based in Krauchenwies, Baden-Württemberg. Since 2019, the company has been developing industry-independent, customised machine solutions aimed at increasing efficiency and optimising processes. The focus is on textile machinery: D³-Solutions covers process steps from web guidance and material handling through to drying and winding, and implements automation solutions for the production of textile structures, semi-finished products and finished goods as well as downstream process steps. The services include engineering and design, consulting for solution analysis and identification, as well as a 3D printing service with consulting, 3D modelling, material selection and printing – including the use of 3D-printed components in machines such as the in-house comb scissors. From concept through prototyping to final assembly and the test phase, special machinery is accompanied end to end, complemented by training, service and modernisation.
