Foundation of the company D. Zirlewagen GmbH by Hugo Zirlewagen; previously set up the battery factory Franka (Frankfurter Akumulatoren).

Diethard Zirlewagen relocates the company to the newly developed industrial area of Heitersheim (offices, workshop, storage hall).
