Däter Elektrotechnik GmbH is a family-run master-certified electrical company in its second generation, based in the Hamburg district of Rahlstedt (Meiendorf). Founded in 1964 by master electrician Gerhard Däter, the company today covers a range of services spanning residential and building technology as well as commercial electrical engineering. Core areas include electrical installation including kitchen technology and lighting, assembly, renovation and maintenance of distribution systems including retrofitting of surge protection, cabling of IT networks, and the installation and commissioning of wallboxes. In the commercial sector, the company manufactures and wires switchgear according to customer requirements, including mechanical processing, and carries out connection and commissioning directly at the machine as well as service and repair. In addition, machine automation and control systems are developed. Customers include private households, commercial businesses and mechanical engineering. Inspection services include the E-Check of electrical installations.
