About DAIHEN Smart Solutions Europe

DAIHEN Smart Solutions Europe is the European competence network of the listed Japanese DAIHEN Corporation and pools the expertise of six specialised group companies: OTC DAIHEN Europe, Lorch Schweißtechnik, DAIHEN Varstroj, Femitec, Rolan Robotics and LASOtech Systems. The portfolio includes arc welding systems, inverter welding power sources, plasma cutting and CNC cutting machines as well as welding and handling robotics through to fully integrated turn-key automation solutions. Both standardised components and customised production systems are manufactured and integrated; DAIHEN VARSTROJ in Slovenia produces welding and CNC cutting machines as well as robotic welding and cutting cells with positioning technology. Customers come from metalworking, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, logistics and power distribution. The network supplies 47 countries in Europe and draws on more than 100 years of Japanese engineering tradition with around 1,300 active patents. German locations are Auenwald (headquarters of Lorch Schweißtechnik), Mönchengladbach (OTC DAIHEN Europe) and Munich (showroom).
