About Dajin Heavy Industry
Dajin Heavy Industry is a Chinese steel construction specialist for offshore and onshore wind energy, manufacturing foundations and components for wind turbines – including monopiles, transition pieces, turbine towers, jackets and floating foundations. The company produces large-format steel structures using welding processes; a three-legged jacket built to European standard has been certified by DNV. The company has cumulatively delivered equipment for more than 100 GW of new energy capacity to over 30 countries, including the UK, Germany, India, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. Customers and partners include Jumbo (construction of two L-Class heavy-lift vessels), the AD Ports Group and the Hornsea 3 offshore wind farm. An own shipping fleet with 240 m long deck carriers (capacity approx. 50,000 t) enables cost-optimized, operational shipping of XXL components to offshore wind farms worldwide. Offshore manufacturing facilities with ports as well as onshore manufacturing sites are available at several locations in China.
