DTW (Dalumer Trocknungswerk GmbH & Co. KG) develops and produces compacted additive blends for plastics processing. The additives give plastics their functionality and adapt the processing properties to specific applications – for example when using recycled material. The service portfolio includes full service (development and production of customer-specific blends), contract manufacturing (toll compacting to customer specification including packaging and transport logistics, from approx. 5 t, smaller quantities on request) as well as standard formulations available soon (Basic Blends). Core processes are mixing (blending) and compacting; an in-house pilot plant is available for development and scale-up. Customers come from the recycling, cable, agricultural and automotive industries as well as the animal feed sector. The company has more than 30 years of application experience and has strategically repositioned itself from toll manufacturer to solution provider. The site is Geeste-Dalum in the Emsland region, centrally located in Europe and well connected.
