About Damstahl
Founded in 1960, Damstahl GmbH is a family-owned trading company for corrosion-resistant stainless steel headquartered in Langenfeld (NRW) and part of the Neumo-Ehrenberg Group. Originally started as a pure trading company with a single location, the company today counts among the larger stainless steel distributors in Europe with branches in ten countries. At the German central warehouse location in Langenfeld, around 7,000 tonnes of seamless and welded tubes, tube accessories, flat and long products as well as hollow steel are permanently available; group-wide, more than 65,000 tonnes of stainless steel volume are handled per year. With a well-equipped machine park at the central location, Damstahl offers sawing services, deep hole drilling and detailed secondary processing of fittings and flanges. The offering is complemented by just-in-time logistics, consignment stock, customised packaging, CO₂ documentation and digital services such as the Damstahl app and the AI assistant Stainless Steel Guru. Customers include, among others, the machining industry and the water infrastructure sector.
